Due to our continuous development, we are looking for a successor for the position of Mission Success department head.
At SpaceTech, Mission Success combines the disciplines of system engineering and quality assurance. This ensures close integration between the technical expertise of the two.
Tasks and accountabilities
- Technical and personnel lead of the department mission success, combining systems engineering and quality assurance
- Implementation and development of work processes as well as advancing standardization
- Development of department staff
- Personnel resource planning
- Recruitment of new employees
- Support the implementation of the company strategy
- You are reporting to the board of directors
Required skills and experience
- Comprehensive professional experience in at least one of the two areas: Systems Engineering or Product Assurance in the Space domain
- Basic professional experience in both areas
- Several years of experience in personnel management
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, pragmatism, flexibility
- Ability to work in a team, good communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
